• Obtain a comparative moisture condition by the proper use of a non-destructive electronic moisture meter according to ASTM F2659
• Understand the benefits and limitations of these types of meters
• Use a moisture meter to assist in determining locations of further more detailed moisture testing
• Determine the absorption or porosity of a concrete slab surface by using ASTM F3191
• Understand the benefits and limitations of this test
