Principal Engineer III, Building Solutions Group Mr. Parker serves as a Technical Specialist/Consultant in the Building Solutions Group throughout the offices of SKA Consulting Engineers. His engineering experience includes specialized engineering assessments and evaluations of non-performance associated with, hardened concrete, cement containing materials, masonry, and moisture intrusion within facades. He also is involved in assessments and restoration design in commercial, industrial and residential structures.
