Bob Reynolds has worked in the sealants and coatings industry beginning the 1970's at his family's paint, caulk and caulk gun manufacturing businesses in Philadelphia. Along with his brother Bill, they became a leading distributor of concrete protection and repair products, supporting contractors working on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects.

For the last 15 years, Bob has worked at Albion Engineering Company, a 3rd generation company internationally recognized in the field of dispensing technologies.
