With more than 40 years of experience in the engineering industry Mr. Baum has attained a unique blend of project management, engineering supervision and practical structural design. He is currently the managing partner of B Squared Engineering, with duties including supervision of the daily design and restoration efforts, project management, and acting as the Quality Assurance Officer. He is an active member of the Technical Committee 330 - Strengthening and Stabilization and has performed hundreds of FRP designs throughout the US and Canada.
