James T. Boatright, PE is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, where he obtained a BSCE while playing center for the NCAA Division I Football team. During his over 7 years’ experience in structural engineering, he has become an OSHA Qualified Person and OSHA Competent Person Trainer in the area of fall protection. He has engineered, tested, and certified numerous fall protection systems including roof and wall anchors and horizontal lifelines. Additionally, James has extensive experience conducting condition assessments, nondestructive testing, and repairs to mild, pre-stressed, and post tensioned concrete structures including strand repair. He is also a board member of ICRI Georgia Chapter.
