Kip Gatto, P.E., is an Associate Principal with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE). In his 15 years at WJE, Kip has developed expertise in forensic investigation, evaluation, and repair of existing structures, with an emphasis on concrete restoration. Kip is a licensed professional engineer in all west coast states, a member of ICRI, is currently on the board of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of ICRI, and a subcommittee member of ACI 562.
