Levi Lowry is Director of Inspections and Assessments at CROM, LLC, where he leads the company’s inspection programs, including traditional inspections, dive inspections, and advanced drone-based assessments. He oversees inspection planning, execution, and quality for water and critical infrastructure assets, combining proven inspection practices with modern technology to deliver accurate, safe, and consistent evaluations.

A central part of Levi’s work is developing and advancing CROM's Enhanced Level 3 Drone Inspection program, which brings drone technology into established inspection standards. The program improves access and data quality and makes inspections safer while reducing operational risk.
