Steve is CEO/Partner of JQ Engineering, where he focuses on strategic business development, quality client service, and establishing and maintaining strong ties to the community. His current project work is focused on historic preservation and structural diagnostics related to the forensic evaluation of existing buildings.  Steve is a graduate of Texas A&M University and continues to be involved currently serving as a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Engineering and the Department of Architectural Engineering. Steve has been named an honorary member of the Texas Society of Architects and the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and a Distinguished Graduate of the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M.
